Sketching part

This architectural lettering is learn on the first lecture.That time,i feel that this kind of letter is tough for me to write well.But after practice,I have been improved my technique of writing.

In project 1a,the project require us to draw myself.This is my first time drawing,even it look ugly,but it meaningful to me on my effort.

This is the way i create my logo. First,the Ching represent the last of my name. Second,I add the wave to show that my name have been occured on the ocean.Third, I use letter"i" represent the sun.Finally,i use letter"c" to draw the tree.My logo show that I come from Penang and study at Penang .

I sketch this when receive the project 4 .This is the axonometric drawing.

This is the one point perspective drawing.

At Dataran Lang,i feel that eagle is the most interesti

ng for me to sketch.Although my drawing is not good,but i satisfy the drawing i proceed.

When i at the Beras Basah Island,i sketch the coconut tree.

 This have been sketch on study week.I tell myself never give up when met the problem and challenge until the end to get the champion.

I use drawing pen to sketch this house.It is simple,but i satisfy.

We are come from construction management and we will together fight in the coming sem until the end.^^I appreciated you all .

Project 6b

In project 6b, we need to produce final report for our stage. In the report, it have introduction about our stage. Beside this , the background of study and site analysis have been shown.The required layout dimension for the amphitheater is 40m by 50m while for the stage ,the dimension should be not more than 4.0m x 6.0m x5.0m .For the soil,we notice that the type of soil is loam soil which is a mixture of soil that is the ideal plant-growing medium.It is actually a combination soil,normally equal parts of clay ,silt and sand. 

Moreover,we also have objective ,goals and metrics for our report. As my major is construction management,i have produce the project scheduling ,management plan,material selection and construction method.

For the construction method,our group propose the conventional method because it is traditional system that bring many of advantage.For the material selection,we use keruing to construct our roof , merbau as our floor and tempered glass as the partition of the roof and floor. For pilling,we use resak .In conclusion ,our group hope that audiences will be having a serene and close-to-nature feeling in experience with our Echo of sillence.

Project 6a

I am group 1 member in project 6 .Our project is an integrated project with task given to design and build the amphitheater stage beside the School of Housing,Building and Planning. After many brainstorming session among design team members,the design concept associated with the conical shell is come out. We names the amphitheater stage as Echo of Silence. The reason we give this name is because we want our audience to discover and feel in our unique ,comfortable and heartily designed amphitheater stage. For the stage,we decide to combined timber and glass as its main construction materials. 

 

All of this design is come out by our group design team members during the meeting session.

Project 5a and Project 5b

For my project 5a,it is about the neighbourhood elements existing condition.So, i decide use Bayan Residence as my place to do the research. I use scale 1:1000 to produce my drawing .

 In project 5a,we can draw some facility around the bayan residence .From my research, there have many facility such as cos-way, kinder garden,food court , playground and public telephone.

Beside that,in this project 5a, i also need to draw the key plan, location plan and site plan to let other can clearly know about my location.

Project 5a

This is project 5a that i have been process .From the legend,it show that bayan residence have three type of shop office that are 3-storey shop office (22' X 70') ,2-storey shop office (22' X 70') and 3-storey shop office (20' X 70') .For the house ,there have two type that are Edena ,3-storey terrace (type b) and Adalia,3-storey terrace (type a).

Project 5b

For project 5b,we need to do about neighborhood elements proposed improvement of Bayan Residence. At there,i detect that the road have dangerous without convex mirror.So,i think the corner of the road need to build one.

 Beside that,playground too bored because the facility is litter.So,for my suggestion,there should build more for the children.The area of Bayan Residence also lack of dustbin and the parking for OKU. So,there should set more so that can maintain the beauty of Bayan Residence.

Moreover,there have public open space near loji there.So i think there can build surau and Rukun Tertangga .Lastly,the lamp should build more so that the road can be bright to prevent thief have chance to enter the house .

Project 4

 For this project,we need to draw the plan evaluation ,front evaluation ,right evaluation ,left evaluation and rear evaluation of the L-shape chair in project 3b. Beside this ,we also need to draw the perspective drawing and axonometric drawing in second cartridge paper.

 I use scale 1:5 to process this drawing .

For this,i use isonometric drawing which is 30 degree and for perspective drawing,i use one point perspective to done it.

Project 3b

 This is the material that our group buy to process the wooden L-shape chair with the table.

First,our group is counted the dimension of the chair whether is fulfill the dimension have been given by lecture.After that,we start to build it. We cut all the timber will dimension and use the UHU gum to stick it.

After done the chair,we colour it with brown color by using the color water.

Finally,we done our project.The concept used in this design is unity .The table is designed within the L-shaped chair so that all the element function together .Unity gives a sense of oneness to this whole structure. The simple siting place is made of one plank of balsa wood,while backrest and legs are made of round-shaped balsa wood sticks.The table have two layer so can put many thing.The column of the chair use Malay traditional design to make it more unity. 

Project 3a

 

Beginning

Beginning to do this project,i did not have any idea for harmony.So when i process this project ,i build up this model.As we can see , inside is the peacock and the cage. But i feel that this is too simple. So i rebuild one again.

Finally

Finally,i build up this model. From this model ,that are the unlocked cage and the hatching peacock.The concept to build this model is because human are harmony to give the animal freedom .Beside that,peacock fully incubate waiting children born .That harmonious picture let us melt our hearts . The cage i use blue ribbon to decorate it because it have the feel of harmony ,calm and beautiful quiet. Peacock itself also is a harmonious bird and it symbolizes goddess. When peacock launched its colorful and bright color screen,human will want to touch it.This situation will make the relation between animal and human become close and the harmony will appear. By conclusion,harmony really important to build up the good society.
